Core and More Fitness in Shallote offers a variety of group fitness classes. From pumping iron in Muscle Up to torching calories with a toning twist in Tone And Torch!

Course Descriptions


Core Blast: This class is designed to shred the abdominal muscles while toning and defining the body.  45 mins.


Early Riser: Full body strengthening class that combines cardio with a variation of calisthenics.  40 min.


HITT  High Intensity Interval Training, functional training with short period intervals. 30 min.


Muscle Up: Is a barbell class that strengthens your entire body and challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music and your choice of weights inspire you to get the results you came for. This class is designed for individuals wanting to get toned, lean and fit.  60 min.


Stretching: Great class for any fitness level to help improve flexibility with an emphasis on lower back and hips.  45 min.


Tone And Torch: 50 min. Alternate between targeted muscle group weight training and 3 minute Tabata Cardio.  Finish with a great stretch!
