Core Blast: This class is designed to shred the abdominal muscles while toning and defining the body.  45 mins.

Early Riser: Full body strengthening class that combines cardio with a variation of calisthenics.  40 mins. 

F.I.T.T.: Fitness Interval Turbulence Training is a high intensity interval training class mixing cardio and strength. The routine changes every day, so you'll NEVER be bored. 45 mins.

Muscle Up: Is a barbell class that strengthens your entire body and challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music and your choice of weights inspire you to get the results you came for. This class is designed for individuals wanting to get tone, lean and fit.  60 mins.

Stretching: Great class for any fitness level to help improve flexibility with an emphasis on lower back and hips.  45 mins.

Zumba: Intense cardio dance fitness class based on Latin and international rhythms that mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie burning dance fitness party.  60 mins.
