There’s no question that fitness classes increase endurance, muscle, strength, flexibility, and an overall sense of well-being. But the social aspect of working out with others can be rewarding all on its own. Though your fitness journey might be different than the person next to you, together you are a group of health-minded individuals sweating together and inspiring and pushing one another. Group classes have the structured benefit of a specific start and stop time, which helps hold us all accountable. Rest assured you won’t be the only person in class who doesn’t get it right the first time…or the fourth time.
